In order to be considered for funding assistance, the guardian must live in the United States and meet one or more of the following qualifications:
- Be a recipient of State Medicaid; or
- Be a recipient of Medicare; or
- Be a recipient of Social Security as only income; or
- Be a recipient of a public assistance program; or
- Be a recipient of Unemployment benefits; or
- Have been on Unemployment that has now expired.
Documentation must be available upon request.
